Clive Stephen Retires

Today we say farewell to Clive Stephen as he steps back from 3V Architectural Hardware after more than 12 years and begins a well-earned retirement.

When Clive joined the 3V team in 2013, it gave him the opportunity to come full circle reconnecting with former colleagues and friends from his time at Elementer and Higrade. During his time with us, he has played a key role in training initiatives, quality assurance, technical product development, and collaborating on some wonderfully complex projects.

Clive has brought decades of knowledge, experience, and dedication to both our business and the wider architectural hardware industry. His contribution to 3V has left a lasting mark across the company.

Thank you, Clive, for your loyalty, hard work, and friendship over the years. We wish you good health, happiness, and every enjoyment in this next chapter.
