In his role as National Sales Director, Darren will lead our sales team and help shape 3V’s strategic direction as the company continues to grow. Joining us at such an exciting stage, he will play a key role in delivering our ongoing growth plans.

With over 30 years of proven experience in the specification market and a deep understanding of architect-led projects across all sectors, Darren brings invaluable expertise. He is well-positioned to provide guidance to specifiers seeking innovative and compliant solutions.

He began his career in ironmongery after serving in the Army, starting in the warehouse and working his way up through the business. This journey has given him a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the roots up, combining practical operational knowledge with strategic sales leadership.
