The Project
Clarges Mayfair was designed as an elegant response to the established Piccadilly streetscape, respecting the rhythm and scale of traditional buildings whilst creating its own identity through contemporary details and craftsmanship.
To develop a bespoke lever handle, based on the designer’s concept, which sits comfortably alongside the highly crafted design elements included within the architectural design for this super prime residential project.

The bespoke lever handles for this project were developed from the designer’s initial sketches.
CAD drawings were produced to ensure that the design concept met all relevant sizing requirements.

The design concept included the use of two different finishes, satin stainless steel and bronze, to denote different apartments.

For the initial prototype and design development we created a series of 3D printed models.
3D printing is a process in which a digital model is turned into a tangible, solid, three-dimensional object, usually by laying down many successive, thin layers of a material.
