Getting to know ourselves

Rebecca McKillip of Beckon Creative Transformation Solutions Limited joined our team to help design and manage the transformation of our business and brand. This process started with an overall review of the business, discussions with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to tease out what was important to us as a business, and to those we work in partnership with, by defining our principles, ambitions, and core values.

Rebecca’s role throughout the project was to challenge us and keep us focussed on what we wanted to achieve so that the outcome allowed us to evolve our brand experience and connect in the correct way with our customers.

Transforming the brand

Simon Parkes of Public London, as an expert in strategy led branding, came on board to conduct a brand re-fresh and translate that visually to give creative direction to the new website.  Working together collaboratively Public London helped us to explore how to re-enforce our messaging through colour choices, subtle detailing, fonts, and tone of voice alongside developing the initial website concept and framework.

The Build

As an experienced full stack website developer Tonya Lawrence of TJL Designs Limited brought an extensive knowledge of both front and back-end website development to the project. Tonya spent many hours working with us to ensure that product coding and detailing worked seamlessly behind the scenes with visuals, the brief builder, and much more to create an easy intuitive user experience.

Highlighting product finishes was a crucial part to improving our website experience, and Vasso Melingioti of VM Visuals joined us as Visual arts creator to replicate hundreds of our products, which has enabled us to enhance our offering to architects and designers.

The Outcome

This project has been a tremendous success due to the partnership of those in our project team and has embedded long term business relationships to further develop our ongoing plans.
