AI Specification Awards 2026 Shortlist

We are delighted to announce that all the projects submitted  by 3V Architectural Hardware have been shortlisted for the AI Specification Awards 2026.

Organised by the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers in conjunction with the Royal Institute of British Architects, the AI Specification Awards celebrate excellence in the specification and design of architectural ironmongery. The awards recognise projects that demonstrate outstanding collaboration, innovation and attention to detail within the built environment.

Our shortlisted projects:

• The Blore Building and Cloister – Residential
• 63–66 Coleman Street – Commercial & Retail
• Gayhurst School – Public, Health & Education
• 93 Mortimer Street – Sustainability

Being shortlisted across four diverse categories is a significant achievement and reflects the expertise, dedication and collaborative approach of our team, as well as the strong relationships we maintain with architects, designers and contractors.

The winners will be announced at the AI Specification Awards 2026 ceremony on Friday 15 May 2026, held at IET London: Savoy Place. We look forward to celebrating with our industry peers and wish all shortlisted entrants the very best of luck.
