The Project

  • Refurbished Grade II listed mixed-use office buildings either side of Sicilian Avenue
  • New reconfigured multi-purpose reception
  • Refurbished Grade ‘A’ office space
  • New ‘clubhouse’ facility
  • Wellbeing space
  • Bike Store and showering facilities

The architecture  of  Vernon House, Sicilian House, and 21 Southampton Row form a striking streetscape that marries classic Bloomsbury architecture with subtle Mediterranean influences.

This project reimagines these historic buildings through a carefully considered refurbishment and modernisation strategy.

  • The Vision

This project blends original heritage architecture with contemporary design. Flat matt black ironmongery was carefully selected to unify old and new, reflecting the architectural vision of thoughtful contrast and cohesion across the revitalised Holborn Links Estate.

  • The Brief

The ironmongery specification was carefully tailored to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements of this office fit-out. Properly chosen and installed ironmongery ensured the smooth operation of doors throughout the space, while also enhancing fire and security requirements while aligning with the overall interior design.

The shared reception features a communal meeting room, multiple touchdown points, and a conservatory area designed for informal meetings and flexible workspaces.
